Eligibility & Orders

Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, limit quantities, correct pricing errors, and cancel orders

suspected of fraud.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, we may offer products for pre-order. When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is

not yet in stock but will be shipped at a future date.

Payment: By placing a pre-order, you authorize Bike Booties to charge your payment method at the time the pre-order

is placed.

Delivery Estimates: Any estimated shipping or delivery dates provided for pre-order items are estimates only and are

subject to change due to manufacturing or shipping delays.

Cancellations: You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has shipped by contacting us

at support@bikebooties.com. Once a pre-order has shipped, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies.

Taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout where applicable.

inspections, carrier delays, or force majeure events.
